Rebecca and James were married on May 24th at the Nicollet Island Pavillion. It was a perfect summer day for a wedding. Their Jewish ceremony incorporated many important traditions. . .the circling of the bride and groom, 7 sacred marriage blessings and the breaking of the glass. Thier huppah (a Jewish wedding canopy that symbolizes the home the couple will build together) was so amazing and personal, it incorporated family wedding photographs sewn into the fabric and hung from the huppah structure. Rebecca and James signed a beautiful custom made ketubah (Jewish wedding contract) and the horah dance was so lively and fun!
Rebecca floated in her stunning Vera Wang gown. Beautiful summer blooms were designed by La Petite Fleur and the day flowed with ease under the coordination of Sherri at Aalon Productions.
Rebecca is the sister of the groom of my 2008 clients Katie & Jake, it was so great to see them again. Thank you Rebecca & James for having me document your beautiful wedding celebration.
